We have recently obtained approval for the subdivision of a rural residential parcel at Mudgeeraba.  This was a difficult site with a lot of constraints and obtaining approval involved engagement of a multi-disciplinary consultant team and working closely with Council.  MGS were engaged to: Prepare and lodge the development application including coordination of the consultant team. Undertake the subdivision survey and preparation of the survey plan. Undertake project coordination works to act on the approval and satisfy the conditions.
