MGS were engaged by the owner of a Hope Island site that comprised 2 allotments that had been amalgamated by the previous owner.  Our client wanted to re-subdivide the site into 2 allotments and engaged us for the necessary survey and project coordination works to facilitate the re-subdivision.  The project was successfully completed through to registration of the new titles.
