Our company directors Geoff Thomson, Tony Cullane and Garth Lambert have long-term close working relationships with all local governments, relevant government departments and associated consultants. Our office is located at 23 Cotton Street, Nerang in south east Queensland. For all surveying and town planning requirements, we can serve the local government areas of Beaudesert, the Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan and Tweed. We have the proven ability to work harmoniously and efficiently with associated land surveyor consultants, local authorities and government. Our company directors have long-standing relationships with all relevant departments.

Our Team

Geoff Thomson – Managing Director

Geoff shares more than 30 years experience in the surveying industry and is a licensed consulting surveyor in QLD and NSW. He has performed countless contracts in south east Queensland and beyond for the private sector and government clients. He is heavily involved in titling design for new land, water and tower projects and is responsible for supervision and management of all surveying projects.

Tony Cullane – Director

Tony is a licensed consulting surveyor in QLD and NSW who has worked in the surveying profession for over 25 years. Tony is highly experienced in the use of survey systems and is responsible for management of surveying, the hydrographic division and the global positioning system (GPS) for our clients in south east Queensland.

Garth Lambert – Director

Garth brings over 20 years’ experience in the surveying industry to our clients in south east Queensland. He is responsible for management of survey projects, the GIS systems, the computer information systems and drafting plan preparations. He is also the quality control manager and commissioner for declarations.

Adrian Day – Senior Surveyor

Adrian has over 35 years’ experience in the surveying industry and is responsible for supervision and management of large development projects. He is highly experienced in the design, preparation and lodgement of development applications in Gold Coast city and Tweed Shire. Adrian deals with the relevant authorities, both at officer and councillor levels, to achieve desired outcomes. He is highly capable in providing specialist assistance to project management companies.

Tim Riches – Town Planner

Tim has over 12 years’ experience in the town planning and development industry and is responsible for supervision and management of all town planning projects.
